Corvacon: Nexus 2026 Recap | Connected by Corva. Owned by You.

A New Chapter of Corvacon

On October 20, energy innovators, industry leaders, and Corva experts gathered at ARTECHOUSE Houston for Corvacon: Nexus, an immersive afternoon of operational insights, industry conversations, and hands-on experiences.

The event brought Corva 4.0 into focus, showing how connected data, Operational Super Intelligence, and intuitive workflows help upstream teams quickly find the information they need, act with confidence, and take greater ownership of operational outcomes. Across executive keynotes, industry spotlights, and interactive stations, the theme came to life: Connected by Corva. Owned by you.

Keynotes | Corva 4.0 in Action

Corva Founder and CEO Ryan Dawson opened with a look at the shift toward Operational Super Intelligence: technology that works for the people making operational decisions, rather than asking them to spend more time searching for answers. His presentation connected real-world drilling and completions applications to the new Corva 4.0 experience, showcasing Ask Corva as a natural way to find operational context, explore what needs attention, coordinate next steps, and support ongoing monitoring. The focus was practical: less time navigating screens and more time applying engineering judgment.

Corva Executive Chairman Dharmesh Mehta expanded on the business value behind Corva 4.0: one well construction platform, a connected partner ecosystem, and enterprise intelligence available to teams across planning, drilling, completions, and interventions. He emphasized the role of automation, collaboration, and Corva IROC™ services in connecting real-time insight and expertise to the decisions made in the field. Together, the keynotes reinforced Corva's commitment to usable intelligence, greater operational control, and better execution.

AI Spotlight Presentations | Intelligence in the Workflow

On the AI Spotlight Stage, Corva's Chris Schneider and Ryan Schick explored applications of Ask Corva across drilling and completions, highlighting how teams can interact with their operations more directly. Tunc Burak of ConocoPhillips showed how a predictive model developed by his team was integrated into Corva's real-time environment, bringing relevant risk signals into existing engineering workflows while keeping the operator's model and intellectual property under its control.

Corva's Agustin Maqui focused on specialized agents tailored to engineering practices, from reporting and analysis to monitoring and workflow automation. The presentations showed how Operational Super Intelligence can support teams at different points in the decision process—from asking a question to putting repeatable engineering workflows in motion.

Afternoon Spotlights | Industry Perspectives

Industry leaders shared how connected technology and operational expertise are shaping execution across drilling and completions. Megan Gosnell of ConocoPhillips discussed the co-development of Guided Frac with Corva to improve consistency across operations, and how those learnings are informing the development of Predictive Frac. Alejandro Wyss of YPF outlined the company's work with Corva to build a connected digital foundation and introduce specialized agents that support engineering decisions as operations scale.

Jim Brady of Baker Hughes explored the progression from monitoring operations to predicting outcomes and automating selected workflows, with domain expertise and secure governance remaining essential. A Drilling Automation Panel brought together representatives from Chevron, Ensign, Nabors, and Corva while Subodh Saxena of Nabors addressed the move from connected rigs toward autonomous drilling. Together, these sessions reflected an industry-wide emphasis on practical collaboration and operational improvement.

Demo Stations | Experience the Platform

Across ARTECHOUSE Houston, attendees explored Corva 4.0 through hands-on experiences built around the work happening now. The AI Zone brought together Ask Corva, agents, Corva MCP, Predictive Drilling and Frac experiences, and Stuck Pipe Alerts, helping visitors see how insights and automation connect to operational decisions.

The Drilling and Completions Zones covered well planning, directional drilling, drilling engineering and well control, Guided Frac, and completions analysis. Corva Labs and platform demonstrations introduced Corva Stream, Fusion & Team Chat, Alerts, Data Explorer, and New Metrics. Dedicated Interventions and Corva IROC™ stations highlighted connected workflows and expert operational support across the well lifecycle. A motion-activated digital twin in the lobby added an immersive look at operational data in context.

Closing | Connected by Corva. Owned by You.

Corvacon: Nexus brought together energy innovators, industry leaders, partners, and Corva experts around a shared priority: bringing Operational Super Intelligence to where the decisions are made. From the stage to the demo stations, Corva 4.0 demonstrated a more connected way to work with data, collaborate across teams, and move from insight to action.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Houston and contributed to the ideas, conversations, and experiences that made this year's event possible.
